What makes Democracy® Clothing different from other denim brands?
Our denim is designed with our signature 'Ab'solution® fit technology, which features hidden elastic waistbands, mesh tummy panels, and strategically placed pockets to enhance your curves and provide a gap-free fit.
How do I determine my correct size?
We recommend referring to our comprehensive Size Guide located on each product page. Our 'Ab'solution® styles are designed to be true to size, but if you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing down for a more locked-in feel.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Returns are processed through our online portal, and a flat-rate shipping fee is deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, transit time generally takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are working on expanding our reach to international customers in the near future.
How should I care for my Democracy® denim to ensure longevity?
To preserve the elasticity and color of your denim, we recommend washing in cold water with similar colors and hanging to dry. Avoid using high heat in the dryer, as it can break down the stretch fibers over time.
